For the first time, we designed a pavilion for a foreign state, overseeing the artistic direction, the development of the concept, and the drafting of the texts for the Pavilion of the Republic of San Marino.

In collaboration with the team led by young art director and San Marino designer Giulia Galassi, co-founder of Studio JAM, we will participate to this edition as well of the World Expo, which will be held from April 13 to October 13, 2025, in Osaka, Japan, on the artificial island of Yumeshima.

The exhibition space, designed by the University of San Marino, will offer a sensory journey based on four key pillars: social, health, care, and policy. The exhibition path integrates seamlessly with the architectural project, aiming to immerse visitors in the reality of San Marino through interactive projections, immersive audio, and tactile artisanal creations, all conceived and designed by the students of the University.

A deliberately small Pavilion—like a Renaissance studiolo—designed to evoke a sense of intimacy and reflection, from which one can imagine and see vast horizons. We aimed to create an experience that celebrates the culture and traditions of both past and present, while fostering an ongoing dialogue between two countries that transcend physical and temporal boundaries, coming together in a grand and unified vision. A bridge to the future, one that can inspire new generations.
